How to redeem
- After purchase you receive an email with instructions.
- Close any existing payments profile on your account as described in the instructions.
- Check whether your account already belongs to a family. If it does, leave or remove it.
- Create a family with your main email and invite the provided account.
- Send your email address to support so the account can be registered for warranty and maintenance.
Notes
- No lower-priority Lite model is included. Video generation uses credits.
- Use a personal, trusted primary email to avoid deactivation.
