  • Add Funds — Navigate to the Recharge section in your dashboard and add funds using cryptocurrency.
  • Start Shopping — Browse products, select what you need, and purchase instantly.

Managing Your Account

  • Dashboard — Your dashboard shows your balance, recent orders, and quick actions.
  • Orders — View all your purchases, delivered items, and order details.
  • Settings — Update your profile, change your password, and manage 2FA.
  • Notifications — Stay updated on order status, disputes, and platform announcements.

Making a Purchase

  1. Find a product using search, categories, or browse all products.
  2. Review the product details, price, and seller information.
  3. Select your desired quantity.
  4. Click "Buy Now" and confirm your purchase.
  5. Your digital product will be delivered instantly to your orders page.

Opening a Dispute

  1. Go to your order details page.
  2. Click the "Open Dispute" button (available within the dispute window).
  3. Select a reason and describe the issue.
  4. The seller has 24 hours to respond.
  5. If needed, either party can request admin involvement.
