How to Redeem
- Place your order and provide the email you want upgraded.
- The upgrade is usually done the same day. Night orders may be completed the next day.
- Open Flow and start generating. You can track your credit usage in your account.
Notes
- If your balance runs out before you have used your 100,000 credits, contact support.
- Refills requested during the day are processed the same day. Requests made at night are handled the next day.
- Using more than 100,000 credits voids the warranty and refund eligibility.
- Refunds apply only if we cannot keep your Ultra plan active.
- Every video generation uses credits. There is no no-credit video model on this plan.
- Stock is limited.
