How to Log In
- Go to Canva and choose to log in with email.
- Enter the email address from your order.
- If a verification code is requested, open the mailbox access link provided with your order.
- Paste the token, check the mailbox and copy the code.
- Enter the code in Canva to finish signing in.
Notes
- If you cannot add members because of a security error, create an invite link and send it to your members so they can join on their own.
- Do not change the account email or security settings.
- The warranty covers 25 days to allow for date drift.
